Re: PM2e-30/ComOS-3.3.2: telnet refused, dialup unreliable -- , memory leak?

The ComOS only allows four telnet sessions. If you don't terminate the
telnet session by a ComOS command and/or drop the network connection you
were telneting through to get to the PM, the telnet session can get 'hung'.

You can tell if this is the case by dialing in on one of the modems and
doing 'show netconns' and counting the number of .23 connections. You
can reset the network connections with a 'reset n<n>' where <n> is the
handle (hnd) number in the first column of the netconns display.

I would ask you to double check you modem init strings. If you have
questions you can call tech support. Please have a copy of all manuals
for all different modems you have with you when you call.

This could be. You might want to think about 3.3.3 or the 3.5b17. Given
the distance to the site (YIKES!) you should really have a good back plan
and semi-technical pair of hands at the remote site. (No, there isn't a
general problem, this is just he same general advice I give everyone.)
