Data over the serial line between the terminal server and modem is, of
course, digital. The analog is between a modem and a standard phone jack.
So if you're using a modem rack that takes a digital line (PRI, T1, E1,
BRI's) and then connects to the PM through serial cables that qualifies as
an all digital setup on the ISP's end.
