About 25% of the modems on one our PM3 were stuck in a BOUND state. I
had to reboot to clear this. Another PM3 still has one modem stuck in a
BOUND state. If Livingston engineering is interested, you can have a look
at the box on Monday.
This is with 3.5c2
I guess when a modem gets stuck in a BOUND state, is also what is
causing some callers to get a plain carrier tone upon answering the call.
