I vaguely recall someone mentioning a box that would take 12 BRI lines
and combine them into a PRI out the other end. If such a box were
available at a reasonable price, it would be an interesting
alternative in areas where PRI tariffs are really high.

Here in US Worst land, we could install 12 BRI lines, spend $1000 or
so on the BRI to PRI box, and *still* pay thousands less than the US
Worst PRI install...
