I need to setup a secondary radius server on a linux box running
kernel 1.2.13
using radius 2.0. Currently, our primary radius (ver 1.16) server is on a sparc
running SunOS 4.1.3. Admittedly, I'm a novice when it comes to radius. I've
read the "RADIUS Administrators Guide" and the Livingston web pages on Radius.
Most of our users authenticate using the DEFAULT entry in
/etc/raddb/users and '/etc/passwd' files on the sparc. But, should this
machine go down, I want them
to get authentication and keep accounting info on the secondary server.
How do I get the secondary server to use a file other than
/etc/passwd for
authentication?
