1) I have two PM3's (3.5c1) and decided to upgrade my 2ER, 2E, and (2) IRX
units
to take advantage of OSPF and variable subnets. (Upgraded to version 3.5b17
on all units). Yesterday the main IRX dropped the frame connection once
but seemed steady after that.
Today the frame has been a yo-yo every few minutes, staying down until I
reset the port (state = DISCONNECTING). After lunch I'll move the line to
the free port on a PM3 and see if that changes things.
2) The various machines are not passing the correct netmasks with RIP routes.
I use radius with a Framed-Route = "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/28 yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy 1"
(/27 /28 or /29) and the PM3 and 2E units pick up the correct route but the
IRXs will sometimes be correct and sometimes be /32 or /24.
Anybody else seeing these?
Oh yes, I also had one modem in BOUND state but resetting the modem fixed that.
