Re: PM3 Modems stuck in "BOUND"

Running 3.5c2 since early last week, haven't seen a stuck "bound" modem
yet. (Knock on wood) Bell Atlantic PRI, with ATT 5ESS/B8ZS/ESF coding.
6x 8 modem cards.
