UPgrading COMOS

Howdy guys,
A couple of months ago a Liv. employee posted step by step
instructions to upgrade COMos. I've recently lost my mail archives, and
was wondering if anyone else has a copy of it. I can't seem to find it
at n2h2's serach engine.
