You should be fine. More memory is required only if you have multiple 5 BRI
cards installed - even then I think that 1MB is fine if you don't use all
the other features.

Are they disabled then? Either way, you should be fine since you are using
only async ports (no ISDN.)

Unless you plan to start using OSPF, SNMP and your W1 port you should be
fine... I think, but I really don't know for sure. You should wait for
Livingston's official response on this issue. Since the basic ComOS is the
same and components are modular, you should be able to set ospf off, etc...
but that is just a guess
