Well, with that kind of attitude Livingston will not maintain a competitive
edge for long... the customer is always right and we shouldn't have to beg
for changes...

I wonder how fast (and how high) Livingston would jump if the Netcommies
asked for it. (money talks loudest and usually packs the most powerful
"information")

You know, its really not our job to beg you to improve your product.
Obviously its an important part of an engineer's toolkit... its a royal
bitch to write down the last results then compare the new results against
them... I'm no large ISP but I find it really hard to reboot my terminal
server just to clear the stats, for the plain fact that I have customers
on.
