Definitely. I would recommend that the number to call come from the RADIUS
server in addition to a PM3 config option. That way, the RADIUS server
could perform some checks to determine if the call-back should be
initiated.

I guess there would also have to be a method for integrating with a
Location entry, to allow for a chat script to be used on the call-back
connection (unless the RADIUS server could also provide the [optional]
chat script). Maybe a Location entry with a varying call-back number,
which can come either directly from the caller-ID or from the RADIUS
server.
