Console Messages

I am getting the following messages from my IRX 114 when I do a set console.
I have been having problems with this router in that it flakes out and
stops routing,
and if I reset the port it start working again.

The message is as follows:

S1: sync_output_freesize: zero reserved
tx_count = 2

And the message continues every few seconds.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
