You should contact Microcom support and ask them to give you the beta
release (this is for the rack modems?). We've tested this beta code on
nearly 200 modems already and they all work flawlessly. The only problems
we've run across is that there seems to be a couple rack slots in which we
can't remote upgrade modems. If we move the modems to a different slot they
program fine (wierd).
