I've actually been seeing that the M$ dialup programs (proven some versions
of win95 suspected in IEK for win31...) seem to have some weird behavior
here to... I KNOW that I can get cut off on a shorter tiome limit than
the PM when doing a DL... so I don't think that this is just a PM problem..
