So, you're only paying ~$20/mo for a POTS line? $600/mo for a PRI seems
pretty darn reasonable. Here in Utah, we're looking at $1300/mo for
voice+data from an alternate carrier, and about $2k/mo from US West. Are
you sure that the $600/mo included the per-channel costs?
