Not only did the engineer call me back 'very quickly' AND telnet into
the box, he also set his alarm clock for 5am and rebooted my PM3 at
about 5.30 when it was quiet.

Pretty good, I can't even talk to Telebit without first going through my
(clueless) distributor :-)
