Livingstons Support (got some)

Well I dont know if it was b/c of my post. but about 20 minutes after
posting I got a call from a guy named Todd at livingston, very nice guy
and he know's his stuff.

I was getting very frustrated with the fact that two of my dedicated
128k customers are getting ready to jump ship b/c of problems connecting
and staying connected to a 5BRI unit. It could be the T/A, the Line, the
cables at the jacks or the Portmaster. Going into the 4th day of the
problem w/o a callback from livingston really sucked. I realize that some
of you seem to get calls back instantly from livingston, but this is the
first time Ive had to call Livingston in the 2 Years that Ive owned the
pm... Actually I think I did try to call them when I first got the pm,
and had the same results. 2 Years is a long time to have a product and
not need support for it, it just worked :)

Anyway, wanted to let everyone know that I got my support and it was
excellent support at that. The fact that it took this long to get is a
problem, and perhaps they are more aware of this now.
