We've had extremely good luck with both USR hardware and
their tech support. They are fast, responsive, and (for the
most part) know their stuff. We have over 400 analog ports
using the MP/16's, and have had to put a USR TC in place
when a PM3 wasn't ready to really handle channelized T1.
The USR TC has performed flawlessly, with none of the
connection problems that plagued us with the PM3.

BTW, the PM3 modem connection and speed problems seem to
be largely fixed in their most recent beta release of ComOS that
we were provided due to being a "problem site". We put it
back in service for 3 days and had relatively few problems
reported. Sounds hopeful for the PM3 being a workable solution
for us pretty soon.
