OSPF for static IPs

I have two PM3's and a Cisco 4500. The 4500 acts as my gateway to the
internet and I have the two PM3's with dual T-1's (channelized) for
dialin. We need to support customers dialing in on multiple PM3's with
static IP's from the same subnet. I know OSPF is a way to do this, is
there anything special I need to do with the config of OSPF? What would a
sample config look like on the PM3's and the cisco (if you guys know
cisco)?
