If you have 5 PM3s on a /24 there are 14 unused IPs that you can use, which
means it should work now.
If you have:
Router OSPF 1234
network x.y.z.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
and the LV equivalent in the PM3s you're set.
Or if you use IPs from the block that ether0 is on.
