Dead PM-3

One of my PM-3s just went tits up on me. I have tftp'ed the generic.pm3
into it but it still fails to load the comos. It seems to fail at the same
point with a netboot or not. It looks like it may be memory but I swapped
it out and same thing. Any ideas? Do I need a box rma'd to me? Livingston
support? Anyone?
