Radiusd on USR NetServer?

We're running Solaris 2.5 and Radius 2.0 with USR NetServer
but everytime an user disconnects the radiusd daemon stops

I heard about a patch for this!

Is it better to run radiusd 1.16 or 2.0 in this case???

Can anyone point me where can I find the patch?
