I have a new PM2E (not programmed)
I have set the ip address, name, DNS Host, Gateway, Radius Server & Secret.
I have set all port for modem type, speed 1-3 at 115200, modem on, security
on, RTS on, XON/XOFF off, set modem to usr-v34
On the Radius Server I have set the client file as
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx secret
On the Radius Server I have set the user file as
DEFAULT Auth-Type = System
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-Filter-ID = "std.ppp",
Framed-MTU = 1500
The problem is that I can get connected and it sends my user name and
password. It then disconnects me after 20-30 seconds. :(
I believe it has something to do with the filter-id = "std.ppp"
As this is a new Portmaster there is no filters set up that I have done.
Is this a standard filter that the Portmaster has or is a user created one.
I ask as the Radius Book mentions it very very briefly.
