The PM3's pull clock from the bit patterns on t he receive side. One PM3
would clock onto the other PM3's transmit which is clocked on the first
PM3's receive. I guess it could sort level out over time into some sort
of even clocking. I still think livingston missed the boat and should
have built the PM3 with an internal clock.
