E1 Interface + E&M wink start

Anyone know if there is any ComOS release supporting E&M Wink
Start on the E1 interfaces of a PM3? I was (mistakenly) informed
by a Livingston rep. that the PM3 supported this signaling. Now
I found out that this only applies to the T1 interfaces :(

I'm in a desperate need for a solution to this issue. Any hints,
references or anything will be welcomed :)
