Dropping speed on PM3

We have a PM-3 at a remote location as a standalone. Instead of having
the PM-3 use radius as our password authentication and sending the info
across the Internet to our central location, we're having the PM-3 do the
password authentication by itself. This will be a temporary thing. My
question: On our PM-2, I remember we would put about 100 users on the
PM-2 table for password authentication before we HAD to use radius. How
many can we get away with on the PM-3 before we'll have to use radius?
