I=B4ve few users with speed problems on PM3. Their modems is falling back=
=20
down to 12000 bps.=20
Is that a common problem for the PM3? I just wonder why the receive rate=20
still remains on 28800 when the transmitt rate drops?

However, I think they should enable the retraining on their modem.=20
