didn't notice any replies yet... hmm
it does fine both ways. but for the majority of ISPs there is no need for
dial-back. So if it's cheaper to do so, then do dial-in only. Also, it
prevents hackers from using your dialout lines for malicious purposes...
Like calling long-distance and racking up charges...all for a bunch of
kicks...
