At present we have 2 users who using a USR 14.4 sporster internal and a
KTX 33.6K internal V34 (Model # KE288i) respectively cannot acheive
succesful connections. But using one of our PM2e with Multi-tech modems
attached, Both users experience succesful connections every time.
Is their an explanation for this? We have tried all the usual fixes,
reducing board rate, trying different INIT strings, changing modem
drivers but all to no succsess.
Can anyone shed any light onto this problem?
