3.5c6 had problems with connections especially 14.4's using a particular
chipset (wouldn't negotiate lapm if I remember correctly). USR 14.4's were
a real problem for us. When we upgraded our boxes to 3.5b8 or 3.5b11 all
our problems seemed to go away.
