PSTN over PRI for ISDN? (fwd)

It can handle it just fine - all ISDN, all analog, or any mix thereof.

That sounds odd to me - but then, I've never head of 'PSTN over PRI' -
since PSTN means Public Switched Telephone Network. It refers to the HW
plant and not any type of signalling.
