I am prety sure this not a PM3 problem. Make sure the clients get
connected to you properly. Second check to see that the browser is
configured to use your dial up connection. If all fails re-install dial
up and the browser both.

But the truth is I manage to solve this only by reinstalling win95 on
one of my clients. ( Try the above in-case you have better luck than I
did)
