PM3A-2T Questions

Well, after hanging up from a sales rep @ Livingston who told me that the
difference between the PM-3A and PM-3D was whether it was for North America
or Europe (aggggggggh, salesdrones)... I decided I'd ask my questions here
since the list appears WAY to be a way more knowledgeable place to ask.

First, yes, I found the answer to that question above. :)

The MDM-PM3-8 cards that Livingston has... Are they 56k modems? I may have
missed something here in recent posts if this has already been discussed
(sorry if I'm being redundant). The web site indicates that they're only
v.34 but it strikes me as odd that a product "this cool" only does v34...

Any information on this would be appreciated... If Livingston HASN'T got
any 56k modem options, is there any suggestions the list-denizens may have?
