Look on the near-top of Livingston's first web page at
http://www.livingston.com. It says how you can get the 56k upgrades.

Livingston is currently shipping V.34 28.8/33..6 capable modem cards.
Livingston is offering a FREE upgrade to 56k when they release it next
month. Livinsgton would be able to do this switch without a hardware
upgrade but they are switching from their modem code to Lucent's for all
modem code (including 56k). This means that they need new DSP chips on
the modem cards. Livingston will ship you the new cards and give you 21
days to return the old ones so you aren't charged for them.
