PM3 docs and channelized E1

I just opened the box for my new PM3, and I'm quite disappointed to
not find any documentation for the PM3. I have a CD that does not
mention it, and a couple of blue books that don't mention it. The
only thing I have is a ComOS 3.5 Release Note.

1) Where can I download the latest pubs that have the PM3 specific
commands listed?
2) What is the code level I should be running?
3) Will Channelized E1 be supported someday?
4) When it is supported, will I be able to run frame relay on one of
the channels?
