When she's connected, can she ping your PM2ER's IP? If so, can she ping
other IP's? If not, it's a gateway problem.
Check TCP/IP Settings under Server Type in the DialUp Networking
(Properties for the connection) Make sure "Use Default Gateway on Remote
Network" is checked.
