1) Lucent technology is better
2) K56Flex coop is every other NAS equipment Manufacturer, USR has decided
to do NAS by their lonesome.
3) USR (bought out, by a K56Flex proponent), Cardinal (which was bought
out), and superficially Hayes are the Consumer modem manufacturers for X2.
Hmm, by various industry estimates, they are far from the majority of
end-users. Another interesting item...have you priced the Supra 56K
modems? About $30 cheaper than a USR...now which do you think a consumer
will look at buying?

8) Well don't know about your customer relations, but when our customers
ask us, and they do that first, they are more than happy with our position
to use the PM3. Not to mention, that the majority are happy with the
apparent faster throughput.
If your market insists on X2, then it is YOUR priority to provide this.
Hope this explanation covers why we will be more than willing to advertise
NON-X2 use...
As a side-note: are any NAS equipment manufacturers providing for
advertising co-op? Hmm, which reminds me...time to stick the Livingston
logo on our homepage...
"Why knock on what others are doing? Provide the best and ignore
losers... ;)"
Just a thought...
