I currently use a WildCAT BBS for this purpose, but used to have a guest
account on a Unix box for this. WildCAT supports rlogin to some extent,
but the username that the portmaster passes to it is not seen by the BBS
and the user still needs to enter it yet again.

No idea what you could do with NT to do this other than setup a BBS that
supports pass through logins.
