Uhh.. how did they get registered then? I find it hard to blindly go into
something that says "FREE 56K UPGRADE" and say that you want the 56k modem
upgrade and that you will support it, etc. without realizing what you're
doing. Perhaps they didn't know it went by the name K56Flex??
