BRI NO-SERVICE

Yesturday 5 of our BRI's went from everything being A-OK to NO-SERVICE,
about 5 minutes later a NYNEX rep showed up to install a new 56k
circuit, so I figured they fubarred something. Well, NYNEX just left us
saying everything is okay on their end. And sure enough, when I plug
the BRI into the BRI card on a PM2E-30 (20 serial 5 BRI) I still get
no service, when I plug it into an OR-U, it comes up immediatly. The
PM2 hasn't been rebooted, and here is the version information:

Wondering if anyone knows anything about something similiar, or if
it's time to open a trouble ticket. I just noticed this one is
running b19, while another PM2E here is running 3.5, wondering if a
different ComOS would help any. I don't really wish to reboot to play
with this as while the ISDN ports aren't in use, the Serial ports on
it are. I'm open to any suggestions.
