Not to get off the subject of Macs here, but I have had various problems
with the "CNCP" stuff myself. I finally fixed it by rebooting the
portmaster. That kind of leads me to believe that there is something funny
about the portmaster (probably something funny with Win95 too).
Is there any official position on this? Is it a problem that may be fixed
when a newer version of ComOS comes out?
BTW: When I turned off "PAP and CHAP" (I don't use it anyway) was when I
noticed a marked increase in the "CNCP" problems, this was fixed with a
reboot.
