PM2E30 for Outgoing Faxes?

We are a small ISP with PM2E30's running Microcom ISPorte and Deskporte
modems. We would like to be able to take a bunch (8-30) of those modems and
use them to send outgoing faxes (NOT unsolicited) during our non-busy times.

Is anyone else doing this, and if so, what software are you using to do it?
I've been told to look at Com-T but it only works with 16 bit applications
and we are running Win95 clients with WinNT4 servers.
