Actually there is a comparison between USR TC vs. Ascend also. Here is
the site (http://www.usr.com/business/301.html) where there is a link to
both (bottom right hand corner of page). The Ascend was mentioned in the
vs. PM3 page though, "The testbed performs the test without this error
condition when USR Total Control ENH and Ascend MAX 4004 are used."

It doesn't take much to see that the only way USR TC "beat" the PM3 is
because the PM3 puked at 17 users due to some unidentified bug (which it
doesn't look like much effort was made to find) not because it was
outperformed.
Looks like XXCAL Testing Laboratories has just lost all of their so called
credibility.
