Senator Frank Murkowski (Alaska) has introduced S.771,
the Unsolicited Commercial Email Choice Act of 1997 to
the US Senate. The bill doesn't outlaw UCE but, would
require marketers to have "Advertisement" as the first
word of the subject and provide acurate contact
