I would image you need to check the default route on the customer's machine.
If you want to really debug this, take the OR-U to 3.5.1b17 and do the
following:
Command> add fil p
Command> set fil p 1 permit icmp
Command> pt p extended
Command> ping 199.184.220.3
To end the tracing
Command> pt
It might also be useful to have someone else try to ping the dialup machine
and have the dialup machine try to ping.
