I'd say pick up a Cisco 2501 used and a BAT FT1 csu/dsu. You can get a
used 2501 for somewhere around $1000, a BAT for around $300, but of course
you have to plan to purchase SmartNet for $275/year so that you have a
warranty and tech support on the 2501. SmartNet really is a good deal
considering you get advance replacement of routers gone bad, IOS updates,
and 24/7 tech support for network-down problems.

If you're stuck on Livingston, look for a similar used IRX.
