That would be worse. Then resellers would 'forget' to give people manuals,
etc. We've already had people get boxes with things taken OUT after they
left here. Seperate packages would make it worse.

And it would increase infrastucture complexity. And since most customers
would still get the manuals we'd have to ship two boxes. Which would make
for am overall increase in shipping costs.

The percentage of customers who do provide this kind of support is actually
rather low in my experience. Not significant enough to warrant such a
change in the infrastructure.
