Okay so what will need to happen for Livingston to be sold over Total
Controls is better connection to everyone else's modems?

What I would HATE to see happen is an ISP have to have a TC rack and a
SOMETHING ELSE (like a PM 3) rack to accomodate both sets of users of 56k
technology.
