Possibly a non-pragmatic thing to do...

1) the request for info comes in... there is no 'server' there, so the
host not found error is usually returned

2) if you some how cached the request for a page on the webserver you then
have the lag/latency for the portmaster to call, the server side to
answer, then and only then do you pass on the request for the webpage.
the webserver then responds...

a dedicated connection would be much more practical though not cheaper
depending on a variety of factors.
