Personally, by accident, I found an excellent method of doing this, assign the
username a static IP address, each time they login they get the SAME IP, as
soon as two ports have the same IP, the portmaster will do its proprietary MPP
thingy, once this happens each person using the IP will get around half the
packets they should get, get massive timeouts, and generally nothing will work
:)

There is also a method of saying only one port at a time isn't there??
